Musa reminisced about his beginnings, juggling roles with the U-20, U-23, and senior teams. He recalled, “I was just a young boy when the journey started… Whenever Nigeria called, I showed up. It was never something I had to think twice about.” Achieving the status of Nigeria’s most capped player is a distinction he cherishes with “deep respect.”

Throughout his career, Musa achieved numerous significant feats, such as winning the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations and becoming Nigeria’s top World Cup goalscorer.
