Two more teenagers have been charged over an alleged brawl at a shopping centre in Sydney‘s inner city earlier this month.
Police were called to Broadway shopping centre at around 5.50pm on December 10 after reports of a brawl.

Authorities received reports of an altercation involving a group of teenagers who approached another boy in the food court, escalating into a chaotic scene with chairs being launched.

As the confrontation intensified, the teens began flinging chairs at the boy, causing some of the furniture to tumble down to lower levels of the mall.

Before law enforcement could reach the scene, all involved teenagers had dispersed, and fortunately, there were no reports of injuries.

Video footage captured during the incident reveals teens aggressively tossing chairs at one another before seemingly turning their attention to unsuspecting shoppers.

In a close call, a woman on the escalator narrowly avoided being hit by a stool thrown in her direction.

A crime scene was later established, and an investigation began.

Seven boys have currently been charged, including one 17-year-old, two 16-year-olds and four 15-year-olds.

They all remain before the courts.

An 18-year-old was also arrested in Newtown on Tuesday.

He was later charged with affray and granted conditional bail to appear at court in January.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested at Waterloo at about 1am this morning.

He was taken to Mascot Police Station and also charged with affray.

He was refused bail and will face children’s court today.
