Kyle Chrisley allegedly threatened police officers during an intense confrontation in Tennessee on Saturday night, as reported by law enforcement authorities.

This incident occurred less than seven months after the surprising pardon of his parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, by former President Donald Trump, following their 2022 fraud convictions.

The 34-year-old, known from the reality show “Chrisley Knows Best,” is now facing a total of 10 charges. These charges include domestic assault, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct, all related to the recent altercation.

According to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, who spoke to Page Six on Monday, officers responded to a call from Kyle’s wife, Ashleigh. She reported that Kyle was behaving aggressively and creating a dangerous situation on the road.

Ashleigh informed the police that Kyle was walking down the center of a two-lane street while she followed him in her car, concerned for his and others’ safety.

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Kyle and Todd Chrisley and the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office for further comment on this story.

Todd and Julie Chrisley’s son Kyle Chrisley was arrested in Tennessee on Saturday night, as he’s facing 10 charges, including domestic assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct

Officials with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said that ‘when attempting to speak with Mr. Chrisley, he became immediately aggressive, charged at deputies and began to throw punches and assault deputies.

‘After a physical altercation and deployment of OC Spray, Mr. Chrisley was taken into custody.’

In an affidavit obtained by TMZ from his arrest, Kyle allegedly told officers he ‘would kill all of them.’

Kyle is also being charged for allegedly assaulting a first responder and resisting arrest; and three charges in connection with retaliation, according to TMZ.

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle around 7 p.m. local time, later booking him into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.

Kyle was subsequently released on $88,500 bond, and assigned a date for an initial hearing of January 27, People reported.

Todd, 56, and Julie, 52, were both convicted in 2022 for orchestrating a $30 million bank fraud and tax evasion scheme.

They were serving multi-year sentences before they were pardoned by President Donald Trump in May.

Kyle has a history of trouble with the law, and in March 2023 turned himself in after an altercation with a supervisor at Penske Rental Truck in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Todd shares Kyle and daughter Lindsie, 36, with ex-wife, Teresa Terry. He shares sons Chase, 29, and Grayson, 19, and daughter Savannah, 28, with Julie.

In 2016, amid Kyle’s battles with addiction and bipolar disorder, Todd and Julie were awarded full custody of his 13-year-old daughter Chloe, whom he shares with Angela Johnson.

Savannah became Chloe and Grayson’s guardian when her dad was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison and her mom sentenced to seven.

Kyle and Todd had a tense relationship after his parents gained custody of his daughter, but they later reconciled.

The troubled son gave his dad a warm social media tribute in July 2021, thanking him for ‘guiding’ him ‘despite everything I’ve put him through.’

He wrote on Instagram at the time: ‘Listening to old country radio today and George Strait’s song “Love Without End, Amen” came on and I couldn’t help but think about everything my daddy has done for me despite everything I’ve put him through.

‘No matter my wrongs he’s there to guide and help me through. @toddchrisley I love you so much and I will forever be grateful for your love and grace.’

While her parents were behind bars, Savannah campaigned tirelessly for their early release.

During a May press conference, Todd was asked by journalists whether he feels any remorse over his conviction, to which he firmly hit back.

‘I would have remorse if it was something that I did,’ he said. ‘The corruption that went on in our case is going to continue to unfold.’

They were sentenced to a collective 17 years in custody and began serving them in January of 2023.

Todd had been serving a 12-year sentence, which was later reduced to 10 years, while Julie was serving a seven-year sentence at prisons in Florida and Kentucky respectively, prior to their pardon in late May by Trump.

President Trump personally called their daughter to inform her of his bombshell decision to grant the couple clemency.
