Back in 2020, Tom, who once practiced law, faced accusations of embezzling millions from his clients. This led to his disbarment two years later. In a subsequent trial, a jury convicted Tom of client theft, resulting in his imprisonment. While Erika has not been implicated in Tom’s criminal activities, she is currently dealing with several lawsuits.

During his appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Howard expressed admiration for Andy’s work on the new season of RHOBH.

“I want to give you props,” Stern said. “My wife and I were watching Beverly Hills Housewives, and I said we need to call Andy to tell him what a genius move it was to bring in Rachel Zoe.” Referring to the new addition to the cast, Stern continued, “It’s a brilliant, brilliant start to the season. I’m hooked.”

“I’m going to congratulate you. So my wife and I were watching Beverly Hills Housewives. I said, we got to call Andy and tell him what a genius he is to put this Rachel Zoe on,” said the host, referring to the newbie castmate. “A brilliant, brilliant opener for the season. And I’m all in.”

Andy responded, “Yes, keep your eye on it, Howard. It really gets cooking once they go to Sedona.”

Howard then praised “this crew of women you’ve put together, even this new gal [Amanda Frances].”

“She’s divisive in the group,” said Andy.

“How does Erika Jayne — she went through a horrible thing with her husband and all this — how does she have money to hire a glam team?” asked Howard.

“You know what, she’s nine seasons into this show. So she’s making money from the show. She’s not been found guilty in any of this,” Andy answered. “She’s got a big civil trial coming up, I think next year. I mean, yeah, she’s not living under Tom Girardi’s money, but I think she performs, I think she makes personal appearances. So I think she is doing okay.”

Howard said he also loves “Sutton in those outfits.”

“What a show,” Howard added. “Andy’s really outdone himself this season.”

New episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills air Thursday nights on Bravo. As of this year, Erika has surpassed the number of seasons of her ex-co-star Lisa Vanderpump.
