Keiarna Stewart has shed light on her relationship status with Gregory “Greg” Diggs following the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. Viewers, alongside her fellow cast members like Ashley Darby, Monique Samuels, and Gizelle Bryant, have been curious about the lack of an engagement between the couple. This curiosity even led Tia Glover and Jassi Rideaux to label Greg an “idiot” and Stacey Rusch to advise Keiarna to “wake up.”

In response to the speculation and advice from her peers, Keiarna clarified her stance on the matter in the December 21 episode of the RHOP: After Show. “So many people are fixated on the idea of ‘the ring, the ring,'” she remarked. “But for me, it’s about ensuring we’re both aligned. That’s more important than the ring itself.” Keiarna emphasized the importance of mutual understanding over societal pressures, explaining, “I’m not going to pressure Greg. He knows what he needs to do in his own time. Stability matters more to me than a ring.”
Keiarna also explained Greg’s behavior during the episode, where he openly discussed their relationship status with the women. She noted that he found humor in their differing life stages, which perhaps contributed to his relaxed attitude about the situation.
“I think that so many people around me are like, ‘The ring, the ring.’ The ring matters to you. What matters to me is just to make sure that we’re on the same page,” Keiarna explained on the December 21 episode of the RHOP: After Show. “So that was my way of pulling it back … If this is the plan, this was already on the menu. Like, now we’re back together, and the ring is next. Let that be next … I’m also not gonna pressure Greg into something that he, as a man, knows that he needs to do on his time. And I didn’t feel that I have to constantly say ‘the ring, the ring, the ring.’ That may matter to you, stability matters to me.”
According to Keiarna, Greg was being open with the women about their status on Sunday’s episode because he “thought it was funny” since they’re all in different phases of their lives.
“These are women who some of them, married, not married, divorced … It’s a lot going on at this party … but at the end of the day, one thing he wanted to make clear in that moment is that, ’Listen, I love this woman and whatever we want to do is what we’re gonna do,’” she shared. “Whatever I want in this life is available … I didn’t wait 38 years of my life to say, ‘Hey, let’s just figure out babies, marriage, tomorrow.’
While Keiarna insisted she knew “what [she was] doing” in her relationship, many of her RHOP co-stars felt that she was wasting her time — and that Greg was dropping the ball.
“I remember last year there had been discussion about whether Kay should move in before the ring, and at the time, the advice I was giving was that Kay should move out cuz she and Greg were having a bit of a rocky time … [and] that she should move out and let him feel what life was like without her,” Ashley recalled. “Greg had just recently been either divorced or separated when they got together, so he was still kind of fresh, so Kay has been waiting very patiently, but now I think she’s starting to think about her future.”
As she looked back on the conversation Keiarna and Greg had during the episode, Ashley said it seemed that Greg was going to give Keiarna a condo instead of a ring.
Then, after Ashley advised Greg to “sh*t or get off the pot,” Monique suspected he “doesn’t want to get married.”
“They say a man knows right away when he wants to be with someone for the rest of his life … Don’t press a man to marry you. Why would you have to beg somebody to treat you with basic love and care?” she asked. “I’ve been down that road, ain’t ever doing it again. Run.”
Elsewhere, Tia said Kay was a catch and added that “anybody who doesn’t want to put a ring on her finger, I think is a complete idiot.”
“I agree that Greg is an idiot,” Jassi replied.
Although Gizelle understood that Greg was feeling weighed down by certain financial issues, she noted that he could make an engagement happen if he wanted.
“If you really want to give her a ring, you could flip some jewelry if money was an issue. You could flip something to make a ring,” she reasoned. “There was no answer to me saying, ‘Take a couple diamonds out of this necklace and give it to your girl and put it on her finger.’ It was a little strange.”
Also on the RHOP: After Show, after Jassi accused Keiarna of wanting “everything that [she] has,” Stacey had harsh words for her castmate.
“Talk about wasting your youth! Girl, wake up,” she stated.
The Real Housewives of Potomac season 10 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
