The Kardashians may soon welcome a familiar face back to the fold in their upcoming Season 8. Rob Kardashian, after a nearly ten-year hiatus from on-camera appearances, expressed keen interest in returning, following his unexpected appearance in Season 7’s premiere.

Season 7 wrapped up with a slew of unforgettable moments, including an emotional discussion between Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian’s reaction to not passing the bar exam. Yet, the episode’s most unexpected twist occurred during a phone conversation with Khloé, when Rob revealed his openness to playing a more significant role in the next season.

Post the Season 7 trailer release, which hinted at Rob’s cameo, Khloé shared that fans were thrilled about his return to the spotlight.

“They’re swooning, they’re freaking out,” Khloé excitedly noted.

When questioned by a producer about his intentions for Season 8, Rob, the founder of Arthur George, confidently stated, “I would hope to be on Season 8. I definitely want to film on Season 8.”

Rob made his first on-camera appearance in his family’s reality show back in the Season 7 premiere. Before stepping away from the spotlight in 2016, Rob famously starred in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe & Lamar, and his and Blac Chyna’s miniseries, Rob & Chyna.

When Kris Jenner invited the entire family to bid farewell to her Hidden Hills home at the start of this season—where much of Keeping Up with the Kardashians was filmed—Rob shocked viewers by appearing on-camera for the first time since his exit from reality TV. While he wasn’t mic’d up and he didn’t have any confessional interviews, he could be seen spending some good ol’ quality time with his sisters, his daughter, and his nieces and nephews.

“I do miss him being on the show because he’s just so funny,” Kim told the cameras. “It would be great if he would regularly be back on. That’s the goal.”

It sounds like they are one step closer to achieving that goal!
