COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) – In 2026, South Carolina will see the implementation of several significant laws passed in 2025 by state legislators and signed by Governor Henry McMaster. These new regulations are poised to bring changes to educational environments, transportation systems, and community safety statewide.
