Following the release of the last season’s second installment on Christmas Day, only the series finale remains to be unveiled.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, December 31, when the concluding episode of “Stranger Things” will make its debut. Thankfully, there’s no need to wait until the stroke of midnight.
What time is “Stranger Things” finale coming out?
The episode, aptly named “The Rightside Up,” premieres at 8 p.m. Eastern (7 p.m. Central, 5 p.m. Pacific) on December 31.

The series finale runtime is about 2 hours and eight minutes, according to the Duffer Brothers, who created the show.
Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Noah Schnapp and other denizens of demon-haunted Hawkins, Indiana, will engage in a final boss battle with the villain Vecna as the show that debuted in 2016 comes to a close. Fans have been anxiously speculating about which, if any, of the stars the creators may kill off in the finale. It’s one of Netflix’s biggest nights ever, and could easily be a record-setter for viewers.

Episodes 5, 6 and 7 arrived on the night of Christmas. The three-episode drop picked up right after the events of the first four episodes of Season 5 that premiered around Thanksgiving.
