Alexis Bellino recently took to her Instagram Story to respond to claims made by Dr. Jennifer Armstrong regarding her cosmetic procedures.

In an Instagram video, Dr. Jen Armstrong, 48, presented before and after photos of Alexis, who also starred on the Real Housewives of Orange County. Alexis, also 48, quickly reacted by criticizing the doctor’s qualifications and accusing her of seeking publicity through these claims. Alexis firmly denied having any fillers and clarified her stance on Botox usage.

“This ‘Dr.’ has no knowledge about my surgeries. I’ve NEVER had fillers. Yes, I’ve used Botox, but DO NOT BELIEVE HER!!!!” Alexis wrote in her post. “If you want the truth, DM me. I can provide all the records. I’m sorry she used me for her gain, but she is spreading false information, and I would never let her near my face, hands, feet, hair…NOTHING!!!!”

Alexis’s Instagram Story came in response to a video by Jen, who questioned the legitimacy of Alexis’s past sinus surgery.

Alexis’ Story was shared after Jen posted a video of herself pulling Alexis’ past sinus surgery into question.

“That’s what we’re calling it? Because, of course, you go to a plastic surgeon for sinus surgery and not an [ear, nose, and throat doctor],” Jen noted, pointing fans to a before photo of Alexis taken in 2013 and an after image from 2024.

“Her nose is different … that was the ‘sinus surgery’ that I believe she did on air,” Jen alleged. 

She then said that in Alexis’ before picture, the RHOC alum had a “more apple cheek.”

“That is something that happens as we age. We lose volume in our face,” she explained.

According to Jen, the narrowing of Alexis’ nose had also made her eyes look closer together, and the area between her nose and mouth was longer in the after photo.

As for the rest of her, Jen said that Alexis had a shorter, more “youthful” forehead in her before photo with her brows “slightly up” in the after, which could have been the result of a brow lift.

Overall, Jen said Alexis was more “skeletonized” and “thinned out” now than she was before, with a wider chin and more smile lines.

As a result, Jen recommended a brow lift, lid tightening, and Sculptura for Alexis’ mid and lower face, and said she could also benefit from microneedling and threads on her neck to tighten her skin.

Alexis Bellino was featured in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of Orange County seasons five through eight and appeared as a “friend” on season 18; Jen was featured on the series’ 16th season.
