The sensational K-pop group BTS has some electrifying news for their legion of fans.
The beloved boy band, featuring Jimin, Jung Kook, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, and V, is set to grace the music scene once again. They will be releasing new tracks in March, marking their return nearly four years after their 2002 album, Proof.
This much-anticipated reunion was unveiled in a unique way—through handwritten letters sent to select members of their dedicated fanbase, the BTS ARMY. The notes contained a simple, yet thrilling message: “2026.3.20.”
Reflecting on past and future, Jin expressed his excitement in a note published by Variety, saying, “I greeted you all as a soloist in 2023 and 2024, but I can finally greet you as part of a team again.”
RM shared his anticipation, writing that he had been “waiting for this moment more desperately than anyone.” Meanwhile, Jung Kook warmly asked fans to continue their support, saying, “Please take good care of us this year as well.”
J-Hope added, “Finally, it’s the year that we will all be together with you!!”
Indeed, their reunion has been long-awaited. After all, the group went on an extended hiatus to fulfill military duties in their native home of South Korea, a requirement of all able-bodied men in the country.
