Jeff Lewis has stirred up drama by revealing that Reza Farahan is upset over an unexpected charge for attending a premiere party. The party, organized by Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi’s business partner, is for the new show The Valley: Persian Style, and attendees, including castmates, are reportedly being asked to pay $100 each. According to Lewis, this setup allows the organizer to profit from the event. Mercedes Javid confirmed the fee, saying she also had to pay to attend.

Bravo’s latest venture, The Valley: Persian Style, will feature some familiar faces from Shahs of Sunset like Golnesa, Mercedes, and Reza. Interestingly, Mercedes’ husband, Tommy Feight, participated in filming, despite the couple’s recent announcement of their divorce.
Discussing the situation on his SiriusXM show, Jeff Lewis Live, Jeff explained, “Reza’s upset because GG’s business partner is holding this premiere party and charging everyone $100 a head, essentially making money off the event.” Jamie Kennedy, who was a guest on the show, expressed disbelief, asking, “They’re paying a hundred dollars to go to a party of their show?”
“So Reza’s mad because GG’s business partner is holding a premiere party, but he’s charging everyone $100 a head,” said Jeff on his SiriusXM show, Jeff Lewis Live. “So he’s gonna make money [off of it].”
Jeff’s guest, Jamie Kennedy, then reacted, saying, “They’re paying a hundred dollars to go to a party of their show?”
“Their own premiere party, yes,” said Jeff.
“What?” Jamie responded. “This is insane!”
“Yes,” Jeff agreed.
“Wait, what? Are you kidding me? GG should say no one is being charged. Not you guys, you’re part of the cast,” said Jamie, addressing Mercedes sitting next to him.
Mercedes then confirmed that she “paid.”
“Are you kidding me?” Jamie added. “It’s your show!”
According to Bravo TV, The Valley: Persian Style will have some elements of The Valley, which premiered in July 2023 (centering on former castmates from Vanderpump Rules).
“A spinoff of ‘The Valley,’ this series follows a tight-knit group of Persian friends who have traded Beverly Hills for suburban life in the Valley. As they juggle marriages, parenthood and thriving careers, cracks in their relationships – both between lovers and friends – begin to emerge,” said the description. “Rooted in their culture that values family, friendships and loyalty above everything else, emotions often take over as these fiery personalities navigate their highs, lows and everything in between.”
“The cast includes Reza Farahan & Adam Farahan, Golnesa Gharachedaghi, Mercedeh Javid & Tommy Feight, Tanin Nikpey & Greg Haroutunian, Sky Asakari & Bamshad Akbar, Natasha & Amir Boroumand, and Reza Jackson,” the description added.
The Valley: Persian Style airs Thursday, January 8, on Bravo.
