Kyle Richards recently opened up about her dating deal-breakers while discussing Bozoma “Boz” Saint John’s mixer event, featured in the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Joining the conversation were Rachel Zoe, 54, and Dorit Kemsley, 49, who shared their personal dating irritations. Meanwhile, Kyle, 56, who ended her 27-year marriage to Mauricio Umansky, 55, in 2023, revealed the traits she finds unacceptable in potential partners.

“If someone doesn’t like animals, that’s a red flag for me,” Kyle stated during the December 18 episode of the RHOBH: After Show. “Also, if somebody is a certain age and has never been married or had kids, that would be a red flag.”

Reflecting on the people she met at Boz’s event, Kyle admitted, “Am I thinking these people are my type? No. Not at all.”

As for the selection at Boz’s bash, Kyle admitted, “Am I thinking these people are my type? No. Not at all.”

Looking back at the event, Boz said that when it came to the men, it was Dorit, who separated from Paul “PK” Kemsley, 58, in May 2024, that garnered the most attention.

“Dorit was the most popular. I think almost everybody wanted to get to know Dorit,” she noted. “And then there were a couple who were like, ‘[Erika Jayne]’s interesting,’ one thought [Sutton Stracke] was interesting. [But Dorit] was the belle of the ball.”

“Specifically for Dorit … I wanted her to feel like she’s sexy and that people are interested in her, and I wanted that for all the girls,” Boz continued.

Rachel, who filed for divorce from Rodger Berman in July, said that when it came to her pet peeves with men, she didn’t appreciate it when they were too forward about their finances.

“If I know in the first 10 minutes what he does, how many companies he’s sold, how much money he’s made, how many houses he has, I’m so out that door,” she shared.

For Boz, who has been engaged to Keely Watson since September, she noted that she didn’t like it when men avoid hearing about what she wants.

“If you even sneeze when I’m like, ‘Oh, I think I would like…,’ Red flag,” she stated as Dorit agreed that “stingy” men were a turnoff.

“Can you imagine if he says, ‘Let’s just split it?’” she asked.

“If we’re gonna split it, I’m just gonna cover it, and I’m never talking to you again,” Boz replied. 

According to Dorit, the event was special because of the “time and effort” Boz put into it.

“She called up her friends. She did not half a** this. I knew that. I felt happy, grateful that she was doing this,” she shared.
