Community holds candlelight vigil for 14-year-old hit and run victim

SAVANNAH, Ga. — In a heartfelt gathering on Saturday evening, the community, along with friends and family, came together to hold a candlelight vigil in memory of Marcus Anderson. The 14-year-old tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run accident on December 28.
