During her appearance, Angie also recounted an unexpected snub by Erika Jayne at BravoCon, and gave her take on Bronwyn Newport’s recent breakup with Todd Bradley. Angie, 52, did not shy away from discussing her concerns about fellow housewife Meredith Marks’s behavior, and shared her perspective on Britani Bateman’s decision to trademark the phrase “high body count hair.”
When asked about the divorce rumors, Angie clarified her stance with a touch of humor, saying, “I’m still married. I’m into franchise when it comes to business, but I’m into one fry when it comes to marriage.”
In addition to addressing these rumors, Angie, who has also been involved in discussions about potential hypocrisy with Lisa Barlow, spoke candidly about the reunion. She also mentioned whether she had watched the documentary concerning Mary Cosby’s church, adding another layer to the dynamic web of relationships and drama that keep viewers engaged.
When pressed about whom she felt overlooked her at BravoCon, Angie named Erika Jayne as the offender of the moment.
She then rated how surprised she was about Bronwyn, 40, and Todd’s breakup from one to 10, saying, “Zero.”
Looking back at the finale episode, Angie said she believed Bronwyn over Meredith as she accused Meredith of trying to get info out of Bronwyn in regard to what happened at the lunch, in which her allegedly erratic behavior was discussed.
Regarding whether she was concerned about Meredith’s antics, Angie said she was not.
“Mary’s closer friends with her, so I can see why she would be. I am not, honestly. I think … I mean, she made some questionable choices on that plane, but no,” she explained.
Moving on to Britani’s trademark on “high body count hair,” Angie revealed she’d made moves to gain her own trademark as she insisted she wasn’t mad.
“I actually had tried to trademark it, but she had it under some guy she was dating’s name. So it wasn’t like it was under Britani,” she disclosed. “But mine is also ‘high body count hair by Angie K.’ I wanted to make it more personalized … And I’m selling merch under it.”
“Look, I said it. It was a funny moment. It landed. But good for Britani,” she added.
Then, after saying Britani was “very sweet,” Angie admitted she had the worst reunion look.
Speaking of Lisa, Angie reacted to a fan question about why she was mad at Lisa for digging when she dug up dirt about Lisa’s horse.
“That was actually just like texted to me. Like ‘Oh my gosh, we’re so excited that Lisa’s leasing a horse at our barn,’” she clarified. “It’s a small horse world in Salt Lake City.”
Angie went on to say, of Lisa, that she felt “better” about her co-star after she opened up post-play.
“It was the old Lisa that I fell in love with,” she stated.
Also on the live show, Angie played a game of “Do! You! Regret It!?,” sharing that she didn’t regret organizing the shady play, making fun of Mary’s flatulence, or not hiring Britani as her realtor, explaining that while her home hasn’t sold, it’s due to it not being on the market.
She also didn’t regret not trading “high body count hair.”
As for what she did regret, Angie confessed to wishing she hadn’t compared Lisa to Jen Shah, 52.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Angie addressed the season six reunion, saying that Andy Cohen‘s walk-off “said it all.”
“We are a tough crowd. I don’t blame you,” she admitted.
She also reacted to cult claims against Mary’s church on the heels of the release of Hulu’s The Cult of the Real Housewife.
“I think it’s a lot of the same of what we’ve been hearing for years,” Angie reasoned. “[But] I haven’t watched it, so maybe when I have time … I’ll get back to you in a few months.”
As for how Mary’s doing, Angie confirmed, “Mary’s good.”
“She’s posting away. She’s sending me other stuff on TikTok. She’s not worried,” she explained.
The three-part Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season six reunion begins next Tuesday, January 13, at 8/7c on Bravo.
