Kendall Jenner is calling on TikTok’s amateur experts to dial back their plastic surgery theories.
In a recent appearance on the podcast “In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele,” the 30-year-old supermodel addressed rumors about cosmetic procedures, firmly stating that her renowned facial features remain largely natural.
“There’s a whole world on the internet that believes I’ve undergone complete facial reconstruction, among other things,” Jenner explained during the January 9 episode. “I’m not trying to convince anyone, but I want to share the truth: I have never had any plastic surgery on my face, nothing.”
The star of “The Kardashians” did admit to opting for two specific cosmetic treatments: “baby Botox” applied twice to her forehead and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, which uses a person’s own blood to revitalize the skin.
Jenner emphasized that her cosmetic enhancements stop there.
Of the Botox, she said, “I didn’t love it, and I don’t love it,” adding that she’s considered going back but prefers the natural look. “My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.”
What really fired Jenner up, however, was the cottage industry of medical professionals speculating about celebrity procedures on social media.
“I think it’s actually really damaging what these doctors do online,” she said. “I’ll see videos of me and professional, licensed doctors on Instagram or TikTok, and they’re doing a breakdown of all of the surgeries that I’ve had and all of the work that I’ve had done.”
The model added that she’s watched similar videos made about friends “that have never had those things done.”
“It can affect young people in such an interesting way because then they see that and they’re like, ‘Oh, my God, that’s what I have to do to look like that?’” Jenner continued. “And then they go rush and go do something silly maybe at a young age … I think it’s really scary.”
As for the persistent nose job speculation? Even Jenner admits the photos look damning.
“I will say, the nose job allegations I’ve gotten — I would believe them if I wasn’t me,” she confessed. “Like, I look at old photos of me and I’m like, ‘Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.’”
But the 818 Tequila founder has a different explanation: acne medication.
“I did Accutane for my acne and there’s a theory on TikTok that Accutane shrinks your nose, and you guys, I swear to god, it’s true,” Jenner said. “I swear! Has no one seen this theory? Go on TikTok and look up Accutane.”
The runway fixture battled breakouts publicly as a teenager, famously walking red carpets while dealing with visible acne and serving as a face of ProActiv.
“This is a testament to what I’m trying to say is as I got older, I grew into my nose,” she explained. “Like, my nose did look wider, it did feel bigger on my face when I was younger.”
Then she put the matter to rest — emphatically.
“I swear to god on everything that I love, I’ve never had a nose job,” Jenner declared. “I love my nose, so I’m ok with it.”
Jenner has shut down surgery speculation before: In 2017, she addressed rumors that she’d gotten her lips done after briefly deactivating her Instagram account — with fans theorizing the social media hiatus was to hide recovery time.
She’s also been the subject of plump pout speculation as recently as 2022, when photos showed her with noticeably fuller lips at sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding.
Her candid conversation arrives as the Kardashian-Jenner clan has grown increasingly transparent about cosmetic work. Mom Kris Jenner, 70, confirmed in May that she’d had a second facelift with New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine.
“[My nose is] probably the only thing on my face that’s real,” Kris joked on a recent episode of “The Kardashians.”
Sister Kylie, 28, sent fans cheering in June when she spilled the exact specs of her breast augmentation in a TikTok comment, writing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
Kim Kardashian, 45, admitted to Botox in her neck in 2023 after years of denying extensive work, while Khloé, 41, has confirmed one rhinoplasty along with Botox, filler, laser treatments and collagen threads.
With nearly every family member now on record about their beauty regimens, Kendall’s insistence on minimal intervention stands out — whether skeptics buy it or not.
