On Tuesday, the Jacksonville Police Department shared the outcomes of a targeted speeding enforcement initiative they carried out last month. This response came on the heels of community concerns about excessive speeding in various parts of the city.

The campaign, which spanned from December 5 to December 31, was detailed in a Facebook post by department officials. Residents had voiced their worries about the increasing number of vehicles surpassing speed limits, prompting the police to take action.
