Stormi Steel is making a return to the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), but her comeback won’t be on the show Love & Marriage: Huntsville. Instead, the accomplished beauty mogul and entrepreneur is stepping into the spotlight with a new venture.

Steel will be the star of the inaugural spinoff of Belle Collective, which is slated to premiere in 2026. This fresh project marks her television return after a two-year hiatus during which she dedicated herself to expanding her brand, Canvas Beauty.

Stormi Steele to star in ‘Belle Collective: Birmingham’

The upcoming series, titled Belle Collective: Birmingham, will follow Steel as she immerses herself in Birmingham’s vibrant cultural landscape. According to OWN’s description, the show captures Stormi as she connects with a group of ambitious and successful southern Belles. These women are on a mission to transform Birmingham into a central hub for beauty and influence.

In this new chapter, Stormi will navigate Birmingham’s intricate social and business networks, forming alliances with notable figures such as her strategic CFO Amber Jones, entrepreneur Tiffaney Jones, marketing expert Funmi Ford, model and marketer Synetta Hawkins, and talent manager K’La Inman.

Tina Perry, President of OWN, expressed excitement about the new series, noting that, “Since its debut, Belle Collective has become a defining series for OWN, captivating audiences with authentic storytelling and celebrating the strength, ambition, and brilliance of Black women in the South.” Perry added, “We’re proud to expand this powerful franchise and introduce compelling new narratives and dynamic personalities from Birmingham.”

Steele joined Love & Marriage: Huntsville in 2023. She quit filming in early 2024.

“Life just got really busy,” she explained during season 9 reunion, which aired in February 2025. The CEO also added that “the negativity that came from certain fans of the show was more than I wanted to deal with.” But she stressed she had no issues with her fellow castmembers.

“I love the show, I love the people here,” she said. “I wish I could have stayed.”

‘Belle Collective’ Season 7 premieres February 13

Ahead of the premiere of Belle Collective: Birmingham, fans can also look forward to a new season of Belle Collective, premiering Friday, February 13 at 8 p.m; ET/PT on OWN.

In season 7, Kerri Paul, Lateshia Pearson, Latrice Rogers, Marie Hamilton-Abston, Selena Johnson, and Tambra Cheri are at a crossroads that will test their strength, relationships and resilience.

With her marriage to Glen at a breaking point, Lateshia makes the courageous decision to prioritize herself. Meanwhile, Marie’s world is shattered when she learns Cedric has been unfaithful.

Latrice and Cliff are in a good place as their restaurant, Taste, emerges as Jackson’s hottest dining destination. But they face a major challenge when Latrice must confront a serious health scare that threatens everything she has built.

Selena’s wedding to Mike is fast approaching. But their plans are behind schedule and their house hunt is complicated by Mike’s reluctance to let go of his bachelor pad.

Kerri has opened a third location of her restaurant, Brick and Spoon. But she’s facing financial challenges as it struggles to gain traction.

With all the women facing serious pressure, tensions reach a boiling point when Lateshia and Latrice’s simmering feud erupts into a massive confrontation at Selena’s 50th birthday celebration. The fight sends shockwaves through the Collective and plunges the group into chaos.
