Kim Kardashian is commemorating a significant milestone for her daughter, Chicago.

On Thursday, the SKIMS founder took to Instagram to celebrate Chicago’s eighth birthday, sharing a heartfelt post that included a touching message and a series of nostalgic photos capturing her daughter’s growth over the years.

The collection of images offers a glimpse into Chicago’s journey from her toddler days to more recent family moments, highlighting her evolution over the years.

“Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl Chicago! ♡ Eight years old already! Where did the time go?! You bring so much laughter and joy into our lives with your cartwheels. I love you sooo much, my special Chi Chi!” she wrote.

“Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl Chicago! ♡ 8 years old is just so big! Where did the time go?! You bring so may laughs and cart wheels into our world. I love you soooo much my special Chi Chi !”

The birthday love did not stop there. Chicago’s grandmother, Kris Jenner, also took to Instagram to celebrate her granddaughter. Jenner posted a black and white throwback photo from Chicago’s baby years and penned a lengthy message in her honor.

“Happy birthday to our precious Chi Chi! I can’t believe you are eight today!!! Time flies so fast,” Jenner wrote.

“You bring such joy, warmth, and love into our lives, and it’s impossible not to smile when you’re around,” she continued. “You remind me so much of your mommy when she was your age.”

Jenner went on to describe Chicago as “kind, funny, thoughtful, caring, full of love, and the smartest little girl.”

“I’m endlessly proud of the bright, creative, and amazing little lady you’re becoming,” she added. “You are an incredible granddaughter, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend, and I love you endlessly, my sweet angel. Happy birthday Chicago!”

Chicago, who was born in January 2018 via surrogate, is Kardashian’s third child with ex husband Kanye West. The former couple also share North, Saint, and Psalm.

Over the years, Chicago has become a familiar face to fans of the Kardashian family, often appearing on her mom’s instagram page and on the family’s long running television series.
