Details have emerged surrounding the enigmatic silence of Sutton Stracke‘s former assistant, Avi Gabay, regarding their abrupt professional split. Concurrently, Jennifer Tilly has commented on Sutton’s recent outburst in a sneak peek of the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In the opening episodes of the new season, Sutton disclosed that Avi was no longer part of her team. Both parties have since maintained a hush on the subject, leaving the show’s fans curious about the circumstances behind their separation.

On January 9, a fan account called @thepinkpopbox shared intriguing information about Avi on social media.

“According to a highly reliable source, it appears that Avi has signed an NDA concerning Sutton,” the Instagram account revealed. “Unless something slips, the real reasons behind their fallout might remain a mystery.”

“I found out from a very reliable source that allegedly Avi has an NDA in regards to Sutton,” said the account on Instagram. “Unless she slips up, we will never know what really went down.”

“When you work a very high profile job like he does or did, it really does happen often where you have to sign an NDA agreement to secure that job. The agreement typically is like a gag order,” alleged the account. “You can’t disclose what you’ve seen or talk about it after the employment ends. Typically, when you leave with that kind of agreement, there’s a nice little stipend that follows you out the door. And let’s face it, working for that woman can’t have been very easy. Something tells me that she was probably an absolute nightmare. Just based on how we saw her treat him on the show.”

The account said Avi is “not going to say anything.”

“But Heaven help Sutton if she ever messes up in any of these questions about him. Because if she breaks it he can say whatever he wants,” the account continued. “Because let’s face it he knows where all the bodies are buried.”

“But it makes more sense now why he’s been so silent,” wrote the account. “It takes a lot of fortitude to work for somebody that demanding.”

Meanwhile, in an RHOBH preview shared with E! News, Sutton and newbie Amanda Frances had a heated moment at a dinner amid their cast trip to Sedona.

As the argument wrapped, Jennifer began to say, “It’s also, too—”

But Sutton interjected.

“Please stop. Just stop,” she said.

“I wasn’t even talking about that, I was talking about something else,” Jennifer responded. “I don’t think there’s anything great I can say right now, so I will not say anything.”

Jennifer explained in a confessional, “When people are snapping at you … eventually it affects you.”

The episode flashed back to Jennifer making a joke about Sutton assumedly being the last on the plane.

Sutton responded at the time, “Why are you starting this off by saying something snarky to me? Stop that.”

Back in Jennifer’s confessional, the star explained, “It’s like water dripping on a stone … You go, ‘It’s just water, I can deal with it. It’s just water.’ And it just runs down the stone. But after a period of time, the water bores a little hole into the stone.”
