CLERMONT, Fla. – Nestled on a secluded island in Clermont, an extraordinary home stands out as one of the most “outrageous” in the nation. And the good news is you can experience its unique charm firsthand by booking a stay.

This remarkable property, known as the “Ever After Estate,” gained widespread attention when it was spotlighted on HGTV’s “Most Outrageous Homes in America” in 2014, and it’s easy to see why.

Sprawling across 62 acres, the estate is located roughly 30 miles west of the bustling city of Orlando. Although the proximity to popular attractions is a bonus, what truly sets this home apart are its intriguing interior features.

The Ever After Estate boasts 13 individually themed bedrooms. Guests can immerse themselves in unique settings like a “Star Wars” galaxy, a superhero ball pit, or even a magical wizard’s dormitory.

Inside these themed rooms, visitors will find a variety of sleeping arrangements, including four king-sized beds, four queen-sized beds, four rooms equipped with bunk beds, and a room featuring two twin beds, according to the estate’s official website.

Aside from the bedrooms, the estate also offers a full-sized futon and 14 twin-sized tri-folds/rollaway beds.

There are also plenty of other noteworthy features inside the home, including an indoor movie theater, an arcade room, and a state-of-the-art karaoke system.

The arcade features two high-tech pinball machines and an “Arcade Legends” multicade machine with over 120 classic video games, including Centipede, Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat (Ever After Estate)

Venture outside, and you’ll find a luxurious lagoon-style pool complete with a waterslide, an outdoor kitchen and a three-person carousel.

Beyond that, there’s a mini golf course, cartoon-themed skeetball loft, hammock garden, soccer field, and basketball court, among many other offerings.

The estate can sleep over 40 guests at a time, though a spokesperson told News 6 that the property is already nearly sold out for summer 2026.

According to the estate’s website, the property can be rented out at a rate between $2,200 – $2,550 per night most of the year, though that rate can go up during weekends, summers and major holidays.

The property also has a three-night minimum stay, along with a 30% deposit to hold a reservation. You can check out the Ever After Estate’s availability here.

The owners of this estate also own another strange Airbnb, dubbed “The Sweet Escape,” which is also located in Clermont. For more information on that property, click here.
