MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities are reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a Circle K in Marion County this past Wednesday.

Deputies seek suspect in armed robbery at Marion County Circle K (Marion County Sheriff’s Office)

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reported that the individual in question entered the establishment located on SE 165th Mulberry Lane. He allegedly accosted the store employees by grabbing their shirts and brandishing a knife, coercing them to unlock the cash registers.

Those who might have information about this incident are encouraged to contact the sheriff’s office at 352‑732‑9111.

Additionally, anonymous tips can be relayed to Crime Stoppers of Marion County by calling 352‑368‑STOP (7867) or visiting Ocalacrimestoppers.com.
