Annie Knight, a popular personality on OnlyFans, recently opened up about her “biggest insecurity” with her followers.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, January 16, Knight shared, “I can’t believe I’m doing this. This is my biggest insecurity.” She revealed her unfiltered, makeup-free face to her audience, admitting, “What is my bare face? What I look like without makeup on and I’ve got no filter on at the moment and I literally just want to hide.”

Despite being confident in many aspects of her life, Knight confessed that appearing without makeup has always been daunting. “I’m confident in so many ways, but for some reason, this one thing has always been so scary to me. Ever since I was younger, I have always hated the way I looked without makeup on,” she explained.

In an effort to overcome her fears, Knight announced the launch of a new series where she will challenge herself to face these intimidating situations until they become manageable.

“If you ever felt like you needed filters, makeup, any sort of confidence armor, then this is for you too,” she encouraged her followers. “Follow along if you want to do it together. Oh my God, I can’t believe I’m going to post this.”

Knight captioned the post, “Everything is scary until it’s not… What’s your biggest insecurity?”

Knight — who rose to fame online when sleeping with 583 men in six hours in 2025 — has been open about her cosmetic journey. In November 2025, Knight exclusively told Us Weekly that all of her procedures (which includes rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and more) has totalled $62,000 and led to a “complete change” in her confidence.

“It’s actually crazy,” she said. “I can go out without makeup on now and just feel way more confident. I can easily just put on a light touch of makeup or a little bit of makeup and feel better. The shape of my face just feels so much more cohesive. It’s crazy that just these little, tiny changes — which, I mean, some people will say that they’re not tiny — but even my nose job, it just changed the entire structure of my face.”

She continued, “I look back at photos of me from, like, two years ago, and I’m like, ‘What the hell?’ I look so different, but not different enough for it to not feel like I’m me. I feel more me now than I did two years ago.”

Knight went on to tell Us that she’s “kind of serious” about getting a Brazilian Butt Lift — otherwise known as a BBL — but doesn’t know if she will “ever get it done.”

“It’s such a big procedure and it is very costly,” she noted. “It’s also very dangerous, and I would have to put on, I think it’s like 10 kilos or something, and I genuinely don’t even think my body’s capable of that. So it would just be a bit of an ordeal. But I did think about it because I don’t really have a bum.”

While Knight pointed to fellow OnlyFans star Lily Phillips as someone who “looks amazing” post-operation, the Australian adult content creator is still hesitant.

“I think if I changed my actual body anymore, I would potentially regret it because I really do love my body,” Knight said. “There’s just days when I’m like, ‘I wish I had a big bum.’ But you know, that’s life.”
