On Sunday, Sylvester Stallone gave fans a glimpse into his $35.3 million Palm Beach, FL mansion, flaunting his tattooed arms during an uncommon gym session.

The three-time Oscar nominee – who’s celebrating his 80th birthday on July 6 – admitted in his Instagram caption: ‘Every year it gets harder and harder, but that’s why you gotta push harder and harder. Blood, sweat and tears.’

Stallone, whose full name is Michael Stallone, described his personal gym as both a ‘sanctuary’ and a ‘church,’ emphasizing it as a place where he hones his skills and improves himself.

In a selfie video, the iconic actor, known as the Italian Stallion and boasting a social media following of 37.7 million, shared, “Working out not only enhances your physical well-being but also empowers you to tackle goals with confidence and determination.”

He concluded with a motivational note, urging, “Keep pushing forward. Until next time.”

I Play Rocky – which began production in October – will also feature Stephan James, AnnaSophia Robb, Matt Dillon, P.J Byrne, Tracy Letts and Jay Duplass.

‘The toughest thing about Rocky, and even to this day, I bristle when I hear it’s a sports movie. It’s not. It’s a love story. It starts with love,’ Stallone told CBS Mornings last month.

In 2022, the 57-year-old Serious Skin Care founder called off her divorce filing from the 5ft9in action star following a two-week estrangement.

Stallone also fathered 46-year-old son Seargeoh from his first marriage to Sasha Czack, but their eldest Sage died age 36 from heart complications in 2012.
