On January 20, 2026, Helen Lasichanh, Pharrell Williams’ wife, made a rare public appearance alongside their four children at the Louis Vuitton Menswear Fall/Winter 2026–2027 show, held during Paris Fashion Week in France.
Accompanying Lasichanh were their eldest son, Rocket, now 17, and the couple’s 9-year-old triplets, all there to cheer on Pharrell in his role as the men’s creative director for Louis Vuitton.

The family turned heads with their striking coordination, choosing to wear matching outfits of tan pants paired with tan jackets for the chic event.
Pharrell has previously shared his parenting philosophy, notably on Rick Rubin’s Tetragrammaton podcast, where he discussed the importance of allowing children to go through what he terms a “guided struggle” as part of their growth.
“When parents say things like, ‘Oh, I never want my kids to struggle the way I did,’ you have to understand that the way your struggle produced you being a hard-working [and] critical thinking individual,” Williams said.

He added that shielding children too much can have long-term effects. “When you don’t allow your kids to have guided struggle, they don’t develop the coping skills, they don’t have the courage, they can’t deal with challenges, and it oftentimes doesn’t end so well.”
Williams also shared how he and Lasichanh emphasize empathy and service within their household.
“During the holidays, we go and we feed the homeless and serve the homeless. We go to different children’s hospitals where there are a lot of kids that are challenged, like [with] conditions that aren’t curable—or haven’t been cured yet—and that’s because [they have] to have real coping skills and see what real courage looks like,” he said.
