The Morgan apartments face foreclosure; tenants union wants St. Pete to acquire property

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The Morgan apartments in St. Petersburg are now facing foreclosure, adding to the list of troubles that have plagued the complex. Previously, News Channel 8 reported that the property owed the city hundreds of thousands of dollars and was accused of multiple safety code violations.

The St. Pete Tenants Union is calling on city officials to intervene and take ownership of the property to address ongoing issues.
