The last time Harry Styles launched an album, he embarked on a grandiose tour, performing 173 shows over almost two years.
This time, however, he’s opting for a more streamlined—or perhaps more strategic—approach. The plan for promoting his latest album, “Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally,” involves a series of performances across just seven cities.
In total, there will be 50 concerts spanning Amsterdam, London, Sao Paulo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne, and Sydney from May through December.
This residency-style tour includes 30 performances at New York’s Madison Square Garden, along with a six-night stint at Wembley Stadium in London, where Shania Twain will join him as a supporting act.
By choosing this format, Harry and his team, including his new partner Zoe Kravitz, will enjoy a more leisurely schedule. They’ll stay in rented homes around the world, avoiding the constant shuffle from hotel to hotel for extended periods.
Last time he was touring he broke up with his then partner, film director Olivia Wilde; and the pressures of keeping a romance going while on the road was among the reasons cited for the split.

Harry went on to have a brief dalliance with American model Emily Ratajkowski.
But since August he’s been seeing Zoe, the daughter of rock star Lenny, and things are said to be very serious already.
They were spotted together before Christmas hanging out in Rome, which is where Styles is currently based. (While his house in Hampstead is undergoing a complete renovation.)
The first single from the new album, Aperture, is released on Friday. The record itself, produced by long-time collaborator Kid Harpoon, is out on March 6.
Harry, 31, has sold more than 30 million records throughout his career in One Direction and as a solo artist. Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally will be his fourth solo effort.
It will be a battle between Harry and his One Direction bandmate in the charts as Louis Tomlinson, 34, will release his album How Did I Get Here? also on Friday, after his single Imposter hit streaming platforms on Tuesday.
Harry sent fans into meltdown as he hinted he was set to drop more huge news at 5pm when a clock appeared on his new incognito website webelongtogether.co.
As the time in the UK hit 5pm, the clock’s hands were both pointing at DISCO – before the announcement when live on his social media.
