Gemma Collins turned heads on Instagram this Monday, flaunting her stunning weight loss in a striking leopard print swimsuit. The former star of “The Only Way Is Essex,” now 44, shared a captivating photo alongside her fiancé, Rami Hawash, that had fans buzzing.

Earlier in the day, Collins treated her followers to a nostalgic stroll down memory lane with a series of images capturing her and Rami’s affectionate moments over the years. The couple’s enduring bond was evident in the heartwarming slideshow.

Showing her love for her husband-to-be, the star added a caption written in Arabic reading الحياة تُزهر بالحب, which translates to ‘Life blooms with love’.

Gemma has been open with her Instagram audience about her impressive weight-loss journey, slimming down from a size 26 to a size 20. Last year, she disclosed that her remarkable transformation took just three months, aided by Mounjaro weight loss injections.

Just hours before she shared the swimsuit-clad snap, she posted a slideshow of images of the couple looking loved-up throughout the years

However, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Gemma recently confessed to the Daily Mail that she is now microdosing on Mounjaro after experiencing severe health issues. She recounted an ‘agonizing’ gallbladder attack in August, which left her writhing in pain.

The star has gone from a size 26 to a size 20 and lost 3.5st since taking the jab, and now Gemma has revealed she is back on the jab after taking a break.

‘I had to stop the jabs for a bit because I had a gallbladder attack in August, but they’ve assured me that it’s not actually linked to Mounjaro,’ Gemma told The Mirror.

‘I’ve given it a rest and I’ve really been managing what I’ve been eating. But I think I’m going to start microdosing because I feel with the microdosing, you don’t get all the [side] effects.’

Gemma followed the guidance to increase her dosage incrementally, from the starting dose of 2.5mg, to the maximum dose of 15mg a week.

Their holiday comes after Gemma confirmed that she and Rami will have a baby and get married in 2026. She has been open about her battle with infertility and on New Year’s Eve she shared a picture of their celebrations and revealed her plans.

Gemma, who is step mother to fiancé Rami’s son Tristan, seven, looked glamorous as the couple joined pals including DJ Fat Tony at London’s swanky The Ned hotel.

The TV personality has also shared that after struggling to conceive naturally, she and fiancé Rami were considering going down the surrogacy route and she has previously revealed she has considered fostering, as her mum was fostered as a child.

She has a low number of AMH hormones, meaning she also has a limited number of eggs available, and also suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which directly affects the ovaries.

Gemma and businessman Rami previously spilled the beans about their plans for their upcoming nuptials, revealing they want three separate weddings.

She explained that she wants a main ceremony in the UK, a second taking place abroad and then a ‘formal one’ for their closest family and friends.
