The final part of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion kicks off with Britani’s emotional response to being labeled as prejudiced. Meredith stands firm, unwilling to retract her comments or admit to anything beyond expressing her frustrations on the flight home from Greece. As tension builds, Bronwyn candidly discusses her separation, while Whitney becomes tearful over challenges in her marriage. Ultimately, the episode offers valuable insights and growth for each cast member.

Meredith remains unfazed by Britani’s emotional display, insisting she merely highlighted Britani’s inappropriate conduct. Andy points out that Britani has since deleted her controversial post, but Meredith believes it was only removed due to public backlash. She questions Britani’s initial hostility, especially since she had supported Britani at her Bat Mitzvah. Andy speculates whether Britani simply harbors a dislike for Meredith.

The notorious plane incident continues to cause confusion for Meredith, particularly when Mary confronts her about it. Meredith senses a growing strain in her relationship with Mary over the past couple of years. As they attempt to address these issues, Britani interjects, offering a heartfelt apology to Meredith and suggesting they move past the conflict.

Mary, undeterred by the interruption, urges Meredith to acknowledge her role in the infamous, albeit unrecorded, airplane episode. Meredith maintains she was merely “venting” and insists she only had one drink before the flight. So why was she so disoriented about the events? She attributes it to lack of sleep, emphasizing that she was simply expressing her feelings to Lisa. And that’s her final word on the matter.

After that interruption, Mary does not skip a beat and begs Meredith to admit her part in the airplane spiral heard ‘round the world (but not recorded).  Meredith continues to claim she only “vented” and states she only had one drink prior to the flight. Sooo, why was she so confused about what happened?! Meredith blames it on sleep.  And that she was merely venting to Lisa . Period.

Lisa explains why she was so empathetic towards Meredith.  Lisa felt very alone on the boat and saw how quickly this group falsely accuses people of things that are not necessarily true. While Lisa cries, her wonk eye comes back out, ala confessional. Lisa screams that she will not take accountability for things she does not do.

Meredith promises that she would take a drug test every single day to prove she does not do drugs.  That accusation is dangerous to her business, much like Whitney calling Meredith an addict. Whitney realizes she should have never said that and admits that calling Meredith a pill popper was inappropriate.

In a confessional during the season, Meredith threatens to expose the rest of the ladies and their pill popping ways.  However, Meredith denies saying that now. On a final note, Meredith admits that her venting on the plane ride home was not nice and Britani thanks Mary for sticking with her throughout the ordeal- very pastor-like of her.

Just as the topic wraps up, Angie pipes up.  She tells Meredith that if she came at her the way Meredith came at Britani, Angie would have had an air marshal waiting for Meredith.  Interesting…

As they move to the next segment, Andy explains that these women have been so vulnerable this season, especially with personal uncomfortable truths from their lives. He compliments them on being great moms and says that their children are all really good people.

Whitney shares that she now owns Whitney Rose Beauty and takes a beat to answer if she resents Justin after the business failed. She admits that they are working through things and that communication has been good. Whitney believes they can bounce back from this, considering they’ve bounced back from harder.  While Whitney talks, Mary nearly falls asleep, much like the rest of us.

Meredith shares that her daughter is still working for her and that Seth’s desire to be pan-sexual is not something she thinks he really wants.  When it comes to households, Heather is loving her new, fun chapter of dating and living it up in an empty home.  Angie shares that her daughter will visit Greece, but still prefers riding her horses, and Britani is proud to share that she spent Christmas with both of her daughters.

When it comes to Lisa, the spotlight is on her marriage.  Andy points out, “Lisa, it seems like John wants to embarrass you on camera.” Lisa explains that she feels undervalued by John at times and watching the hard episodes back made her hurt.  Lisa has an issue taking accountability and doesn’t always listen to John. She told John that he was being jabby in that moment and he made her look horrible.

The other women argue that it was a very real conversation and Mary tries to give her two cents about the situation.  Lisa shuts down when she is told her feelings are essentially wrong.

It is hard watching Bronwyn’s season back. We learn of her father’s passing, which happened right when they returned from Greece. Although Muzzy, her mother, has been very tough on her, Bronwyn does not feel like she deserves the whole world turning on her.  Sure, Muzzy is stern, but she is still Bronwyn’s mom. And in the end, a lot of the push/pull comes from Muzzy’s Mormon lifestyle.

Although Todd helped to support Bronwyn’s parents financially, their relationship is fractured.  Currently, they are separated and this announcement causes shock amongst the group. This was Bronwyn’s choice mainly because she was trying too hard to save her marriage. She felt isolated around Todd’s choices and they were not working forward as a couple anymore.  Todd watched every episode and made accounts to check social media about himself.  After his investigation, he was a “disseminated version of himself.”  Todd is currently living in New York, but Bronwyn will not be seeing him while she is here for the reunion.

Whitney relates to Bronwyn so much, but she’s on the other side because she feels like she’s the one who always messes up. The dynamic in their marriage is hard and Whitney asks to take a minute to gather herself. She runs off set to her husband and he reminds her that they are good.

Bronwyn reminds us all that she “adores Todd” and denies that the show broke them up, but admits that it did put a spotlight on the cracks in their marriage. When Whitney returns, she knows how hard it is to fight for something you love so much, but sometimes, you just can’t figure it out. Andy reminds Bronwyn that it will work out in the end, whatever that means.

As of now, Meredith and Heather are not friends, but Heather is hopeful for resolve.  She wants Meredith to take accountability and to give an apology, which she does despite still having some trust issues with Heather.

According to Britani and Whitney, Meredith answering the phone call on Mother’s Day was merely a way for her to get out of the hot seat.  Meredith then victimizes herself and the ladies feel too bad to bring up the issue again.  Meredith denies this tactic and instead hints that she was mad at production that day for a mysterious reason.

Whitney hates that Meredith has been throwing production under the bus, but Meredith feels like they impacted her behavior. Whitney yells that Meredith is a liar and she is sick of her blaming the team. Mary cries over this and Whitney reminds us that they are only there because of production.

Meredith feels like the women were making accusations about her, but Bronwyn swears she did not make any accusations. Bronwyn points out that it was never a problem when her marriage was talked about and Meredith never tried to stop the others from doing so. It was hypocritical of Meredith because when they spoke about her marriage, she lost her mind.

Bronwyn is tired of being Meredith’s assistant all season long. She wants Meredith to “sit the f*ck down” and have the hard conversations just like everyone else. Bronwyn feels used by Meredith and believes that Meredith gained the upper hand through information she told Meredith simply because she thought they were friends. Bronwyn realizes that Meredith always wants to talk privately and one on one. To Bronwyn, Meredith’s moves are conveniently done off camera. Meredith apologizes for making her feel that way.

When it comes to the play, Angie wanted the ladies to see themselves through the eyes of their friends. Regarding Lisa and Angie’s hamster wheel friendship, they are ready to move forward.  Sure, Lisa heard that Angie talked smack about her.  Sure, Lisa can be superficial, but they are putting that all aside.

To wrap up the reunion, there are some final thoughts. Mary learned that it’s important to see yourself and put out the energy you want to receive.  Whitney learned that failure is just the universe redirecting you. For Britani, she got a lesson on patience and focusing on the most important things.  Angie learned acceptance in her kid and Meredith learned the importance of clear communication, even if your voice does not always get heard. Heather learned that the best and darkest moments of her life have been with this group and that she loves the friendships. Bronwyn learned that change can be a good thing and it starts within herself first. And for Lisa, it’s all about intake- hearing AND listening.

Angie leads the baklava toast to health and the sisters of salt, because in the end, they are nothing without each other.
