Carrington Saunders, an entrepreneur making waves in the fashion industry, has entered the spotlight as a contestant on The Apprentice 2026. As the founder of Cas Collection, a London-based women’s fashion brand, Saunders has carved out a niche by designing loungewear that highlights and flatters the female form. She launched her brand in December 2022, driven by a passion to empower women through fashion.
In an interview with the BBC, Saunders shared her personal journey, saying, “Growing up in a divorced household taught me the importance of hard work and resilience. While pursuing my degree, I used my own savings to start Cas Collection. Balancing the demands of my business with academic commitments, I graduated with first-class honors.”

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Saunders is also a journalist, presenter, and YouTuber. Her diverse career includes roles such as a radio intern at The Beat London 1036.fm, a baker at B Vegan Café, a social media assistant at BIANCA SAUNDERS, an intern at Grazia UK, and a real estate sales position at Good Neighbour Properties Ltd, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Saunders earned her journalism degree from the University of the Arts London (UAL) in 2023. Her educational journey also includes time at Langley Park School for Girls and Eltham Hill School.

Loungewear entrepreneur Carrington Saunders is a contestant on the 20th series of The Apprentice on BBC One. Carrington is looking to turn comfort into capital and expand her already established loungewear fashion business with the help of Lord Sugar’s investment.
“I’m officially a candidate on The Apprentice UK 2026,” Carrington announced on social media. “I’m beyond excited (and emotional) for my family, friends, and everyone who’s supported me to finally see this journey. I’m proudly representing a young Black girl from South East London who had a dream, worked for it, and one day hoped she’d be on @apprenticeuk … and now here we are.”
Speaking about her business plan, Carrington said: “Expanding my online loungewear fashion business, Cas Collection, into our own app and brand partnership. Loungewear is a huge market and I think I’ve got the talent, motivation and expertise to tap into this. I’ve already had my business for two years, so my goal is to scale, reach a bigger audience and build a bigger turnover.”
