A shooting erupted during the “Mardi Gras in the Country” parade in Clinton, Louisiana, on Saturday, leaving several people injured, according to local news outlets.
Reports indicate that at least three individuals sustained gunshot wounds, as per The Advocate. However, WBRZ mentioned that up to six people, including a child, were injured in the incident that took place outside the East Feliciana Parish Courthouse.
Authorities have yet to confirm specific details regarding the incident.
