Andrew Cuomo is stepping back into the public arena, and this time it’s through the airwaves of New York City.

The former governor has secured a weekly slot on 77 WABC radio, as confirmed by The Post.

Titled “The Pulse of the People,” Cuomo’s one-hour show is set to debut this Sunday at 5 p.m.

An insider familiar with the arrangement revealed that Cuomo’s involvement is unpaid, allowing him the freedom to express his views without any strings attached.

Cuomo remarked, “Our nation is experiencing an unprecedented level of division, with politics becoming ever more polarizing and public discourse increasingly toxic,” in a statement shared with The Post.

“Pulse of the People is about cutting through the noise and the rancor to have real, substantive, fact-based conversations about the issues that actually affect people’s lives. I’ve spent my career focused on making government work and getting results, and that’s the same straight-forward, problem-solving approach I’ll bring to this program.”

WABC owner John Catsimatidis welcomed Cuomo to his radio team.

“The show will focus on listener calls and open discussion about the issues, concerns, and views of New Yorkers. WABC believes in bipartisan conversation and thoughtful discussion of solutions, and we invite listeners to tune in and be part of the discussion,” Catsimatidis said.

Cuomo today will be taking calls from viewers after giving opening remarks.

It’s the first major public move by the Democrat since his failed comeback bid for mayor last year, losing to Mayor Zohran Mamdani in the Democratic primary and then the general election, when he ran on an independent line.

Cuomo served as governor from 2011 to 2021, before resigning over sexual misconduct accusations that he denies.

He previously served as state attorney general and federal housing secretary under Bill Clinton.

The Post reported last month that Cuomo and Catsimatidis were in discussions about hosting a radio gig.
