Comparing old and recent photos show that Posh Spice has undergone a stunning transformation. Most obviously, her nose looks pretty different nowadays. As the 1997 photo seen on the left shows, Beckham’s nose looked a bit wider compared to the 2025 picture. The tip of her nose also turned up a bit whereas her current nose looks straighter.Â

Skepticism persists regarding Beckham’s claims that her refined nose is merely the result of makeup artistry. In fact, her alleged rhinoplasty was voted the most successful among celebrity nose transformations in a 2022 Reddit discussion, which also featured stars like Jennifer Aniston, Blake Lively, Ryan Gosling, and Scarlett Johansson. One user commented, “All of them except for Victoria look better in the before pic.” Beckham’s history of evasion about past procedures only fuels public doubt about her denials.
Back in the ’90s, Victoria Beckham underwent breast augmentation but spent years insisting her figure was natural. During a 2003 BBC1 “Tabloid Tales” interview, she claimed, “I’m completely natural, except for my fingernails and a bit of help with my hair and a bit of a San Tropez (fake tan) going on.” However, court documents from a 2005 libel case filed by Victoria and David Beckham revealed her admission that her breasts were indeed enhanced, contradicting her earlier statements.
By 2012, Victoria decided to have her implants removed. According to a source cited by The Standard, she wanted to shed her former “WAG” image, characterized by voluminous hair, prominent bust, and spray tans. In a heartfelt 2017 letter to her younger self for British Vogue, she expressed regret over the augmentation, advising, “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.”

She has acknowledged undergoing skin-tightening and laser treatments but remains critical of Botox, stating in a 2023 interview with The Sunday Times (via Bang Premier), “I’m not trying to turn back the clock.” Her openness marks a shift from earlier years when she was less forthcoming about her beauty choices.
However, Victoria had her implants removed in 2012. “She felt that was part of her old WAG image — the big hair, big boobs and fake tan — and that she has moved on since those days,” a source told The Standard. She later became vocal about her regret over having gotten a boob job. In a 2017 letter to her 18-year-old self for British Vogue, she candidly addressed the reason behind the procedure. “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got,” she penned.
Victoria joined the group of stars who got caught telling huge lies, but she became more open in the aftermath.
