Addison Rae made quite the splash at the afterparty.
The 25-year-old “Money Is Everything” artist celebrated her best new artist nomination at the 2026 Grammys on Sunday night, donning a strikingly transparent latex dress decorated with “Addibucks”—faux million-dollar bills.
This eye-catching outfit was a bespoke creation by Natasha Somerville and Francesca Capper, the creative minds behind the London-based indie label, Poster Girl.
Somerville shared her excitement on Instagram Stories, writing, “Still having a panic attack! took us 4 days to make this beaut 🥲💸💖🎀.”
In January, the brand released a retail version of this “invisible dress,” which quickly became a social media sensation. The $400 smoke latex edition sold out almost immediately, as did a subsequent fuchsia version.
Rae’s personalized take featured silk dollar bills with her face printed on them, layered at the bust and hips and attached to the dress with crystal studs.
She wore a hot pink lace bra and matching thong underneath the sheer mini, letting her blond hair fall in loose waves over her shoulders. A Stéfère pistol pendant necklace — a nod to her song “Fame Is A Gun,” which she performed earlier in the evening — and flashy pink cocktail ring completed the look.
She was styled by Dara Allen, Interview’s fashion director and the architect behind Rae’s transformation from TikTok star to high-fashion risk-taker over the past few years.
Makeup artist Nina Park created Rae’s rosy glam, which matched the pink lingerie peeking through the transparent latex.
The afterparty ensemble was a dramatic departure from her first look of the evening.
For her turn on the red carpet, the Louisiana native swanned in front of the cameras in a custom Alaïa dress with a plunging neckline that dipped beneath her navel and a high-low skirt that offered a cheeky reveal in the back.
Rae was nominated for best new artist alongside Olivia Dean, Katseye, The Marías, Sombr, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren and Lola Young. Dean ultimately took home the trophy.
