The Masked Singer has returned for its 14th season, showcasing 18 extraordinary costumes, and panelist Rita Ora has already picked her favorite. Joining Rita this season are fellow panelists Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Robin Thicke, with Nick Cannon once again hosting. A fresh twist adds excitement this year: the identity of the contestant behind the Cat Witch mask—revealed as Kylie Cantrall—was disclosed to viewers during the competition. Kylie plays an additional role as America’s Insider, providing exclusive behind-the-scenes insights throughout the season.
The unmasking so far has revealed six celebrities, including David Ortiz as Googly Eyes, Todd and Julie Chrisley as the Croissants, Tiffany Haddish as Le Who Who, Tone Lōc as Handyman, Taraji P. Henson as Scarab, and Clauda Oshry as Queen Corgi. The competition continues with the remaining contestants: Cat Witch, 14 Karat Carrot, Calla Lily, Crane, Eggplant, Galaxy Girl, High Voltage, Owl, Pugcasso, Snow Cone, Stingray, and Pangolin, the Wild Card entry set to appear on Red, White, and Clue Night.
Rita Ora expressed her enthusiasm for the Galaxy Girl costume in a Masked Singer Instagram post. She shared, “The costume that I would die to wear this season is Galaxy Girl because I feel like I’m connected to the spirits and the tarot reading. And galaxy … it’s an endless world, and I live for it. And it’s so good on the body!”
The Masked Singer Season 14 Panelist Rita Ora Chose Her Favorite Mask Of The Season
In a Masked Singer Instagram post, Rita revealed that her favorite season 14 mask is Galaxy Girl. She gushed, “The costume that I would die to wear this season is Galaxy Girl because I feel like I’m connected to the spirits and the tarot reading. And galaxy … it’s an endless world, and I live for it. And it’s so good on the body!”
The caption of the post read, “#GalaxyGirlMask’s costume is simply out of this world!” The post included many clips of Galaxy Girl performing, highlighting the intricate details of the costume and showcasing how easy it is for the celebrity to move around the stage in it.
Galaxy Girl’s Masked Singer Journey So Far
Galaxy Girl made her debut on The Masked Singer Premiere Night, singing an extraordinary version of “Super Graphic Ultra Modern Girl” by Chappell Roan. She next performed on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night, singing an electrifying rendition of “Just A Girl” by No Doubt. From her spectacular vocals to her sensational stage presence, it’s clear that Galaxy Girl has a real chance of winning the Golden Mask Trophy.
The Masked Singer season 14 panelists have made many guesses about Galaxy Girl based on her clue packages. On Premiere Night, they thought that she was Lindsay Lohan (Rita), Jennifer Love Hewitt (Jenny), or Emma Stone (Ken), while, on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night, they guessed that she was Dixie D’Amelio (Rita), Anne Hathaway (Ken), or Hilary Duff (Jenny). Many fans have speculated that Galaxy Girl might be Ashlee Simpson, but nothing has been confirmed yet because she’s still in the competition.
The Masked Singer season 14 has so many outrageous costumes that it must’ve been very difficult for Rita to choose her favorite. However, she’s right that Galaxy Girl’s costume is one of the best. It’s unique and beautiful with its space theme, and it’s also sleek enough that it’s easy for the performer to move around the stage. Galaxy Girl is one of the most mind-blowing costumes in Masked Singer history.
