WARNING: Spoilers for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms follow.

The thrilling saga of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is captivating audiences, as fans eagerly await each new installment of the Game of Thrones spin-off. In the recent episode, a significant reveal took the spotlight: Egg, played by Dexter Sol Ansell, was unmasked as none other than Prince Aegon Targaryen. This revelation shattered the humble persona of a mere stable boy that he had portrayed to Ser Duncan the Tall, brought to life by Peter Claffey.

This pivotal moment has sparked a flurry of questions among viewers, with many speculating about Egg’s true lineage and whether he could possibly be linked to the infamous Mad King, portrayed by David Rintoul in the original series.

Alongside Egg’s identity revelation, Ser Duncan found himself in hot water after confronting Prince Aerion Targaryen, played by Finn Bennett. The altercation occurred when Aerion, in a fit of royal arrogance, attacked Tanselle, a painter and puppeteer portrayed by Tanzyn Crawford.

Fans are buzzing with anticipation for the next episode, eager to see how these storylines unfold. Mark your calendars for the upcoming fourth episode, entitled “Seven,” which promises to deliver even more intrigue and drama. Stay tuned for what’s next in this enthralling fantasy series.

HBO has confirmed that A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms episode four is coming out earlier than its usual Sunday slot.

Fans can watch episode four from tomorrow (Friday, February 6) on HBO Max in the USA at 3am Eastern Standard Time (ET).

The show will also be broadcast on HBO on Sunday, February 8 at 10pm ET in its usual slot.

The reason the show is dropping earlier on HBO Max is because the Super Bowl takes place on Sunday and is likely to draw in most audiences across America.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms isn’t the only show being released earlier than usual to avoid losing out to the huge sporting event, HBO’s other big hitter Industry comes out tomorrow on the streaming platform.

Sky has confirmed to Reach Screen Time that British fans of the show will also be getting the episode early and it will be released tomorrow.

Given it’s airing in the USA at 3am ET, it’s expected to hit Sky Atlantic and NOW at 8am GMT in the UK.

HBO recently dropped a preview for the forthcoming instalment of A Knight of the Seven Kingdom, showing Dunk thrown into peril after Aerion challenges him to A Trial of Seven. Dunk will have to find six other knights to fight beside him against Aerion and his own allies.

Raymun Fossoway (Shaun Thomas) advises Dunk to run, but he says that he’ll be killed if he tries to flee from combat.

Raymun morbidly adds that they’ll kill Dunk anyway during the Trial of Seven, as it looks like the hedge knight’s odds aren’t great.

Dunk then gives a rousing speech as he looks for knights from the noble houses at the Ashford Meadow tourney to fight beside him.

In a scene reminiscent of 2000’s Ridley Scott epic Gladiator, Dunk says: “Who will stand and fight with me? Has courage deserted the noble houses of Westeros? Are there no true knights among you?”

The trailer comes to a close and audiences will have to tune in and see if Dunk gets the support he needs to take on Aerion or face his untimely death.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms airs on HBO on Sundays in the USA and on Sky Atlantic and NOW on Mondays in the UK
