Jean Shafiroff, a well-known New York City socialite and philanthropist, along with her husband, investor Martin Shafiroff, have put their luxurious Jupiter, Florida home on the market for $17.2 million, according to sources from Gimme Shelter.
Located at the prestigious 107 Schooner Lane, the property is nestled on a serene half-acre cul-de-sac within the exclusive Admiral’s Cove gated community. This prime location offers stunning views of both the water and the golf course, and the sale includes a coveted full golf membership.
The Shafiroffs, who are prominent figures in the social scene, have no plans to bid farewell to Florida. Instead, they are relocating to a new residence in nearby Manalapan, having recently purchased a $21 million home there, as previously reported by Gimme Shelter.
The Jupiter mansion, originally constructed in 2009 and extensively modernized, spans an impressive 11,200 square feet and features seven bedrooms. It has undergone thorough renovations and is presented in impeccable, turnkey condition. The home is offered fully furnished, thanks to the vision of a top interior designer.
This opulent residence also boasts an abundance of amenities, including dual features for convenience and luxury, such as two boat slips at the dock, ensuring it caters to every possible need.
There’s not one but two primary bedroom suites. There are also two elevators, and one of them goes straight to one of the main bedrooms for a “hotel-style” experience.
In addition, there are also two chef’s kitchens. Both come with a center island, two refrigerators, and plenty of room for cooking and entertaining.
And while there’s only one wine cellar, for serious collectors, the home also comes with two bars.
For those who like to read, the residence also features two libraries, which can work as home offices or reading rooms. There are also two family rooms. One is upstairs and the other is downstairs.
Other amenities include a home gym and a media room.
