HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) revealed on Thursday that a man from Rogersville has been charged with multiple counts of theft and forgery, linked to alleged fraudulent activities involving an agricultural enhancement program.

The investigation, initiated in November, suggested that 54-year-old Jerry Clinton Lawson unlawfully secured funding from a cost-share initiative managed by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture over a four-year period.
