SCREVEN COUNTY, Ga. — Preciball USA is poised to inject a substantial investment of $17.6 million into Screven County with the establishment of a new production facility, a move that promises to generate 65 jobs over the coming years. This significant development was announced by Governor Brian Kemp’s office on Friday.

Governor Kemp, in a statement released on February 6, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion of the Georgia-based industrial equipment supplier into Screven County. The company’s new manufacturing plant will be situated in the GRAD-certified Screven County Industrial Park located in Sylvania.

“We are thrilled to grow our workforce in Georgia and contribute to the sustained economic development of the region, alongside our new community partners in Screven County,” remarked Don Peak, Executive Vice President of Preciball USA.

Preciball USA specializes in the design and production of precision and industrial balls, which play a critical role in various industrial applications such as bearings, pumps, valves, and swivel joints.

Preciball USA said it designs and manufactures precision and industrial balls for industrial use, and the products are used in applications like bearings, pumps, valves, swivel joints, and more.

“Preciball USA’s decision to invest in Screven County is a strong vote of confidence in our workforce, our industrial infrastructure, and our long-term vision for growth,” said Chairman Stephen Milner, Screven County Development Authority. “This project reflects years of preparation at the Screven County Industrial Park, and we are proud to support a precision manufacturer that brings high-quality jobs and long-term economic value to our community.”
