The upcoming 2026 Republican U.S. Senate Primary Forum, hosted in collaboration by ABC7 Chicago, the League of Women Voters of Illinois and Chicago, and Univision Chicago, promises to be an enlightening event. This commercial-free broadcast will air live at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11.

Leading the hour-long discussion will be Judy Hsu, a prominent anchor from ABC7. She will be joined by political reporter Craig Wall and Enrique Rodriguez, an anchor and reporter from WGBO/Univision Chicago, to pose questions to the candidates. The forum will feature three Republican contenders vying for a seat in the U.S. Senate from Illinois:
– Casey Chlebek, Republican Candidate
– Jeannie Evans, Republican Candidate
– Don Tracy, Former Chair of the Illinois Republican Party
The 2026 Republican U.S. Senate Primary Forum will stream live on ABC7Chicago.com, on ABC7 Chicago’s news app and Facebook page, and on ABC7’s 24/7 streaming channels. It will be broadcast on ABC7 directly following the station’s late newscast at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13. The forum will also be translated and streamed live on Univision’s digital platforms, and it will air on Univision’s main channel at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14.
