For six years, the Shemilah Outreach Center has served as a crucial sanctuary for students throughout Decatur. Executive Director Shemuel Sanders revealed the organization is currently facing a financial shortfall. Typically, this period marks the influx of grant funds and donations, but this year, the anticipated support has yet to materialize.
