CHICAGO (WLS) — In the Chicago area, National Pizza Day is being celebrated with more than just a slice of the city’s beloved pizza.

Roaring Table Brewery, located in Lake Zurich, is showcasing an expanded kitchen menu featuring three unique pizza styles crafted on-site: Chicago tavern-style, New York-style, and Detroit-style pizzas. Known for its wide array of craft beers, this suburban taproom has recently broadened its culinary offerings to include pizzas and sandwiches specifically crafted to complement their beers.

The brewery is jointly owned by Lane Fearing, a brewer trained at the prestigious Siebel Institute, and Beth May, a graphic designer responsible for the brand’s visual appeal and menu design. Roaring Table first opened its doors in Lake Zurich in August 2017.

Beyond pizza, patrons can enjoy a variety of beer-friendly dishes, including sandwiches paired with hand-cut fries and shareable items like a giant pretzel and house-seasoned fries. With multiple screens throughout the venue, the brewery positions itself as an ideal spot for game-day enthusiasts.

Roaring Table Brewery has a lineup of upcoming events, including weekly specials such as “Pitchers & Pies” on Wednesdays and “The Detroit Club” on Thursdays. Additionally, a Seinfeld trivia night is planned for February 26, alongside a special Valentine’s Day pairing event in collaboration with Après Pastry & Bakery.
