A federal judge in Los Angeles has put a halt to a California law mandating that ICE agents remove their masks during immigration operations. This decision was announced on Monday.
Judge Christina Snyder, who was appointed during the Clinton era, stated that California’s “No Secret Police Act” and “No Vigilantes Act” unfairly targeted the federal government, infringing upon the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.
