DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — In a recent courtroom development, a Decatur man has admitted to first-degree murder in a case that took a bizarre twist with his attempts to erase evidence using rubbing alcohol and urine.

On January 30, Reginald Pritchett, 32, entered a guilty plea for first-degree murder, a Class M felony, in a partial plea agreement. This deal resulted in the removal of a firearm enhancement from the murder charge he was facing.
