Britney Spears has finalized a significant transaction by selling the rights to her legendary music catalog, Page Six has exclusively revealed.

According to documents acquired by TMZ on Tuesday, the pop icon transferred her shares to Primary Wave, a prominent music publishing company headquartered in New York City, on December 30.

An insider disclosed to the publication that this “landmark deal” is estimated to be comparable in value to the impressive $200 million Justin Bieber received for his catalog sale in 2022.

The source also mentioned that Spears, now 44, is joyful and celebrating the occasion with her sons, Sean Preston Federline, 20, and Jayden James Federline, 19.

However, a representative for the Princess of Pop was not available for immediate comment when approached by Page Six.

The sale, meanwhile, included the pop star’s greatest hits, such as songs from her 1999 debut album, “… Baby One More Time.”

Additionally, her fourth studio album, “In The Zone,” which included her 2003 track “Toxic,” was also in the deal.

After releasing “Toxic,” Spears won her first Grammy for Best Dance Recording in 2005.

The contract also included Spears’ late 1990s and early 2000s songs, such as “(You Drive Me) Crazy,” “…Baby One More Time,” “Oops!… I Did It Again,” “Everytime,” “Piece of Me,” “Hold It Against Me” and “Gimme More.”

It’s not uncommon for musicians to sell their music videos, and Spears followed the lead of Stevie Nicks, Shakira, KISS, Bruce Springsteen, Phil Collins and Bob Dylan.

The hitmaker’s massive business deal comes after she vowed “never [to] return to the music industry” in January 2024.

Spears, who was in a 13-year conservatorship from 2008 to 2021, released her last album, “Glory,” in 2016, and her last collab, “Mind Your Business,” in 2023.

Her final performance was in 2018 for her “Piece of Me” tour in Austin, Texas.

While the hitmaker has taken a personal step back from music, she’s reportedly been helping her son Jayden with his music career.

“She’s helping him connect with some producers she’s worked with in the past,” an insider told Us Weekly last month. “She definitely wants him to utilize her old relationships so he’s protected and guided through this.”

A source told the outlet Spears “loves” the teenager’s style and “thinks he has such a fresh sound,” adding, “She’s so proud of him and all the work he’s clearly put into his passion.”

The “Circus” singer shares her sons with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
