In Blount County, Alabama, Sheriff Mark Moon addressed the media on Wednesday afternoon regarding their ongoing search for a suspect connected to a fatal shooting in the Hayden area.

The Blount County Sheriff’s Office reported that on Tuesday, they were actively searching for 34-year-old Francisco Sinecio-Alvarez. The incident unfolded when James Eastis, a 73-year-old bond recovery agent, attempted to carry out a bond revocation at a residence on 151 Harris Road in Hayden. During this attempt, Sinecio-Alvarez allegedly shot and killed Eastis, whose body was discovered inside the home.

Sinecio-Alvarez is described as standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities have labeled him as armed and dangerous, though they believe he is not actively seeking to cause further harm. The public is strongly advised not to approach him.
