Isabel Hodgins, known for her role on Emmerdale, was recently spotted out with her husband, Adam Whitehead, shortly after they welcomed their new daughter, Georgie Grace.
The 32-year-old television actress announced the arrival of her first child with Adam, a schoolteacher, last week. Isabel shared the joyful news with her fans on Instagram.
In her social media update, Isabel disclosed that their daughter, Georgie Grace Whitehead, was born in the early hours of February 11—a special day that also happens to be Adam’s birthday.
Just a few days post-delivery, Isabel was seen taking a leisurely walk under the sunny skies of Manchester on Tuesday.

Sharing her first photo of the newborn baby, who weighed in at a healthy 8lbs 5 ounces, Isabel wrote last week: ‘And then we heard you.’
In a separate message directed at her ecstatic husband, she added: ‘Well least you’ll have double celebrations now.’Â
The actress confirmed her pregnancy with Instagram followers in August – just four months after exchanging vows with Adam.
She admitted the couple were shocked with how quickly they fell pregnant.
She told The Mirror: ‘It’s something that we wanted to happen, but now it actually has, it’s still sinking in!’
The soap star said she was so shocked after reading the positive pregnancy test she and PE teacher Adam rushed out and buy three more just to be sure it was correct.
‘Originally, we booked a wedding for 2026, but then I realised I didn’t want to wait that long to start a family.Â
‘But I also wanted to be married first, so I kept changing the goal posts, but this was always the plan!’

Taking to the social media platform, Isabel revealed she had welcomed daughter Georgie Grace Whitehead in the early hours of February 11 – coincidentally her husband’s birthdayÂ
However it has not been plain sailing for the mother-to-be who already in her first trimester has battled fatigue and mood swings.
‘I didn’t know what to expect, but I think it has been tougher than I thought because it’s been a bit of a roller-coaster.Â
‘But luckily, I haven’t been very sick, so that’s a plus’.
Taking to Instagram the actress gushed: ‘First comes love, Then comes marriage, then comes… Baby Whitehead.’
The couple married at Castlefield Rooms in Manchester, surrounded by family and friends, in April 2025.

She previously told The Mirror, the new bride shared details of her day and revealed that co-star Eden Taylor Draper was a bridesmaid, alongside as a school friend and her mum.
She said: ‘I’ve known them for so long, Laura’s like a sister to me. Eden was my bridesmaid. They’re just all such special, beautiful people.
‘I said in my speech that me and Adam hadn’t been going out for very long and I was telling Zoë [Henry] about him and she was like, “I’ve got a feeling you’re going to marry this man.” She just knew.’
