Massive House Fire in Macon Co. Mobilizes Six Fire Departments for Urgent Response

BOODY, Ill. (WCIA) — A blaze in rural Macon County on Saturday saw six fire departments rushing to the scene to tackle the flames.

The South Macon Fire Department shared on Facebook on February 21 that they were called to a fire at a property along Route 48 in Boody. Multiple other agencies collaborated in the emergency response effort:
