LONDON – The British Academy Film Awards for 2026 revealed their winners on Sunday, celebrating excellence in cinema.
The top honor for Best Film was awarded to “One Battle After Another,” a movie that captivated audiences and critics alike.
In the category of Outstanding British Film, “Hamnet” took the prize, showcasing the rich storytelling talent present within the UK film industry.
Paul Thomas Anderson triumphed in the Directing category, earning accolades for his work on “One Battle After Another,” further solidifying his reputation as a master filmmaker.
The award for Best Actor went to Robert Aramayo for his compelling performance in “I Swear,” highlighting his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft.
