BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department has reported the apprehension of five suspects on a range of drug-related offenses.

Authorities detailed that the incident unfolded on Wednesday along the 4600 block of Kingston Avenue. Those detained include the following individuals:

  • Michael Watts, 25: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana
  • Patrick Webb, 50: Trafficking oxycodone and first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana
  • Quontavius Brooks, 31: Trafficking cocaine, trafficking oxycodone and first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana
  • Bacardi Wilkerson, 31: Trafficking oxycodone and first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana
  • Makala Jackson, 28: First-degree unlawful possession of marijuana
