Recent reports indicate that Mary, 53, has committed to participating in the show’s seventh season. Though the season was still in pre-production at the time of Robert’s passing on Monday, Mary’s co-stars have set aside any lingering conflicts from the previous season to come together in support of her during this difficult period.

Sources close to the production team informed TMZ on February 27 that Mary aims to return to the show as a way to maintain some semblance of normalcy following her son’s death. The production team is offering Mary flexibility, allowing her to decide how much she wishes to be filmed, accommodating her need to proceed at her own pace.

According to another report from TMZ on February 26, the cast has united to support Mary, ensuring that any past disputes are put aside in favor of offering her the support she needs during this challenging time.

As for the rest of the cast, another TMZ report, shared on February 26, revealed that the women of the show have been rallying around Mary as a unit, refusing to let any past tensions between them get in the way of the support they’re extending to Mary.

In addition to sharing public revelations of their love and support on social media, each RHOSLC cast member has reached out to Mary, whether by showing up at her home or contacting her through calls or texts.

“This goes beyond the show,” one source stated.

While receiving care from her co-stars, Mary has been leaning on her faith in light of Robert Jr.’s death, allowing her closeness to God to be her driving force.

Following the news of Robert Jr.’s death, filming on season seven was postponed with no start date shared.

Also, after his passing, Andy Cohen, 57, offered a statement on Threads, writing, “Devastatingly sad news out of SLC. This is every parent’s worst nightmare. My heart is broken for Mary, and I am sending all my love to her and Robert Sr.”
